Introducing Stationery Drive
Updated: Aug 19

Every learner deserves the tools to learn.
For many children, something as simple as a notebook, pencil or pen cannot always be
taken for granted. Yet these are essential tools that allow learners to participate, practise and keep up in the classroom.
That is why Tlamama Foundation is introducing the Tlamama Foundation Stationery Drive — a community initiative dedicated to collecting and distributing essential stationery and learning supplies to school children who need additional support.
How It Works
The Stationery Drive brings together individuals, businesses, schools and community members to support learners through stationery donations.
Donations are collected during dedicated campaign periods, sorted and prepared according to identified needs, and then distributed to learners and schools requiring support.
Whether it is a few exercise books, a box of pencils or a complete stationery pack, every contribution helps put the tools to learn into a child's hands.
When Does It Happen?
The Stationery Drive takes place twice a year, with each campaign focused on an important part of the school calendar.
Back-to-School Stationery Drive
Held towards the end of the year and into the beginning of the new school year, helping learners start the year prepared.
Exam Support Stationery Drive
Held ahead of the year-end examination period, helping learners access essential stationery as they prepare to finish the school year strong.
Campaign dates and collection details will be announced through Tlamama Foundation's official communication channels.
How Can You Get Involved?
There are many ways to support the Stationery Drive:
Donate stationery. Sponsor a learner. Partner with the campaign. Become a collection point.
You don't have to do something big to make a difference. Sometimes, it starts with something as simple as a pencil, a notebook or a school bag.
Together, we can help make sure that more children have the basic tools they need to learn.
